Cuban Salsa: Siete Unisex Complicado

Siete Unisex Complicado is a relatively new move move and probably inspired by X-Body Salsa, and that might be the reason why I have not found it in any of the major archives of Cuban Salsa videos.

It is an excellent move to practice in classes at intermediate level, because Lead or Follow turn for each 1-2-3, 5-6-7, and that is quite demanding. The move is also a good easy going sequence of turns for social dancing.

The “unisex” part of the name could allude to Lead and Follow taking turns at turning, at least that is my trick to remember the move.

The next video from “HooLooVooPL” is ok for our purpose of getting to know the figure. Note that the Lead must do his left turn on 6-7 as the Follow is finishing her right turn on the same 5-6-7.
